How We Approached It
We started with a full audit of the existing research assets. Before building anything new, we needed to understand what was already there, what was missing, and what relationships existed between different bodies of work.
From that foundation, Helion360 designed a structured classification framework that organized research by subject area, source type, and priority level. We then conducted comprehensive literature reviews across the relevant fields, synthesizing findings into standardized reports that balanced executive readability with analytical depth.
The documentation standards we put in place ensured that new research entering the system would be categorized consistently — removing the ambiguity that had made the earlier setup so difficult to work within.
What the Work Delivered
At the close of the engagement, the client had a research library that was fully organized, consistently tagged, and ready to scale. Multiple literature reviews were completed and filed within the new framework. The reporting templates we designed reduced the time required for future documentation, and the team could now locate, compare, and act on research findings without the friction that had slowed them down before.
