3. Our Services

Helion 360 provides services including presentation design, graphic design, video editing, digital marketing, website development, AI-powered content creation, and consulting.

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between the relevant parties.

4. Quotations and Payments

• All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise
• A deposit (typically 50%) may be required before project initiation
• Remaining payments are due as per the agreed schedule or upon completion
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
• We reserve the right to pause or withhold work until dues are cleared

5. Intellectual Property

Website Content:
All website content (text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by Helion 360 or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

Client Deliverables:
Upon full and final payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Helion 360 retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless this confidentiality is requested in writing.

Third-Party Assets:
Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate licensing for any third-party assets used in their projects.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation remains in effect for two (2) years after project completion.

7. Revisions and Feedback

• The number of revision rounds will be defined in the project agreement
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Delays in client feedback may impact project timelines

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• Projects may be cancelled with written notice
• Fee for completed work is non-refundable
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Digital or downloadable products are non-refundable after delivery

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helion 360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not and never exceed the fee paid by you for the relevant project in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Helion 360, its team, and partners against any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
